Dear Ms. Reynolds:
I just read the story in today´s, Nov. 12, Pacific NW magazine of the Times and I have to ask you:
What was the 2001 Rioja you brought to the Herbfarm? If i were bringing that gift it would have been a Tondonia, or maybe a Muga, not even the hoo-haa 50 euro ones, prado enea and so on, but the ordinary garden variety Muga, which was sensational (so was the 2004).
May you live a hundred years and taste a thousand wines.
Edward Baker
Ah, I forgot. Have you ever tried the best Madrid wine I´ve ever had–a Tagonius crianza from 2005? Lots of alchohol and fruit, but in amazingly harmonic concert.
EB
Hi Ed!
We met virtually after the first article came out, when I started my business. I think you were moving to Espana?
Tagonis, ahhh. It sounds familiar. Looks like Well Oiled Wine Co imports, I will check with the Seattle distributor who I think works with them.
Good to be back in touch!
Drinking a Priorat right now & listening to flamenco. Ole!
Gracias, Caterina
